CFO bilingual flagship offer

U.S. Market Entry & Amazon Launch

A staged bilingual client journey from U.S. company, EIN, address, and bank application through Amazon seller-account setup and, where applicable, FDA U.S.-agent coordination.

Delivery foundation

Built on the USAVIP company-formation and banking-support framework from Global From Anywhere. CFO remains the bilingual client-journey and project-coordination brand.

Four explicit modules

One client journey. Separate scopes.

Modules can work together, but none substitutes for another. Company formation does not guarantee banking or Amazon, and an FDA U.S. agent does not automatically carry importer duties.

01Delivery foundation

U.S. company, EIN, address & banking support

Built on the USAVIP operating framework from Global From Anywhere, this module coordinates the company route, EIN preparation, registered-agent/address and mail scope, and bank-account application support according to the client’s ownership, goals, and professional advice.

  • State and entity type assessed for the client
  • Client’s genuine ownership and responsible-party information
  • Registered-agent, address, and mail scope made explicit
  • Bank KYC and application preparation without approval promises
02Separate module

Amazon seller-account setup

Amazon launch is treated as its own workstream—not an implied benefit of company formation. We coordinate the seller entity, beneficial owners, banking evidence, brand and product records, administrator access, application, and handoff.

  • Confirm new or existing seller-account state
  • Reconcile company, banking, brand, and owner records
  • Map restricted-product and category-review requirements
  • Amazon retains every account and product approval decision
03Separate module

FDA U.S.-agent coordination

For an applicable foreign medical-device manufacturer, we help source and coordinate a qualified FDA U.S. agent and document the accepted scope and FURLS liaison process.

  • Verify manufacturer registration, listing, and product route first
  • U.S.-agent FDA liaison duties are limited
  • The U.S. agent is not automatically the initial importer
  • The role excludes MDR reporting and 510(k) submission duties
04Pre-launch gate

Import & U.S. operating route

Before first shipment, the initial importer, staffed U.S. presence, customs route, 3PL, title flow, and complaint/MDR owner must be separately identified and accepted.

  • Qualified regulatory and import providers confirm duties
  • A 3PL or mailbox does not automatically satisfy importer duties
  • Complaint, MDR, correction, and removal ownership documented
  • Shipment or launch pauses when required evidence is incomplete

Qualification-first route

Verify. Quote. Then execute.

The website does not publish package prices, timing, state-selection, tax, or approval claims that have not been revalidated. Scope and fees are confirmed in writing after qualification and evidence review.

Each stage advances only after its records and owners are accepted.

05

Launch & handoff

Approvals, account state, operating duties, and support are reconciled.

Outcome boundaries

We coordinate applications. We do not guarantee approvals.

Company registration, EIN issuance, bank onboarding, Amazon account or product review, FDA pathways, import acceptance, and launch timing depend on client evidence and decisions by government agencies, banks, platforms, and qualified providers.
